Mayfair Investment makes first industrial buy in Jacksonville. The company, together with Navarino Capital, acquired 5545 Shawland Road for $6.05 million, Mayfair managing partner Jonathan More said. Bryan Bartlett of Newmark Phoenix Realty Group was a broker in the transaction, which came out to $53 per square foot for the 114,640-square-foot building.
