IP Capital Partners, a Boca Raton-based firm bought the property located at 5245 Commonwealth Avenue, which currently houses merchandiser Fanatics, and Conlan Tire Company for $15.025 million, according to a deed recorded Tuesday.
Bryan Bartlett and John Richardson represented the Owner, a subsidiary of Boston-based Winthrop Realty Trust, which bought the property in 2016 for $10.75 million.
