Professional Background

Richard is an industry veteran, bringing more than 31 years of experience in commercial real estate and logistics management. His successful track record continues to expand with a very satisfied cliental list due to his extensive knowledge, experience and professionalism in real estate and logistics. He has been responsible for the corporate development of multiple distribution centers throughout the United States and Mexico. His responsibilities included site selection based on logistical and supply chain patterns through full building implementation. Previously, Richard worked as the Managing Director at a Chicago real estate firm where he achieved “Top Producer” performance year after year. Prior to this he held various executive positions with one of the largest food and drug retailers in the U.S. Additional expertise in governmental incentives, facility and logistical modeling enables Richard to develop solutions that improve operational efficiency in conjunction with real estate utilization and investment.

Richard specializes in representing public/private owners/investors in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. Furthermore, he is specialized in site selection analysis, corporate relocations, expansions /consolidations, land assemblage/disposition, logistical analysis and build-to-suit transactions.  Over the course of his career, he has handled a wide array of industrial, office, land and investment projects.

Richard is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), a member of NAIOP of Northeast Florida, a candidate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a Dale Carnegie Graduate Award Recipient and a requested writer for the Business Ledger. He attended Harper College in Illinois and currently holds a State of Florida Real Estate Sales License and a State of Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker’s License.
