Professional Background

Ms. Meringolo officially joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in May 2024 after completing her spring internship. She assists the Marketing Director, Allison Leeward and provides each broker with whatever marketing needs they may have. She graduated from the University of North Florida in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication.

Ms. Meringolo is a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and inter-personal skills. She is also deadline-driven and highly motivated.
