Professional Background

Ms. Nix joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in August 1994.

Kari manages all Accounting/BookKeeping for Newmark Phoenix Realty Group. Her work includes bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts, accounts payable administration, billing, accounts receivable, payroll, payroll tax preparation and compliance.

She is also responsible for Human Resources at Newmark Phoenix Realty Group, she oversees the companies’ hiring of new employees, insurance policies and 401K procedures and setup.

Kari also provides day-to-day staff support to the CEO, President and Vice Presidents, as well as broker needs in all aspects of the business.

Mrs. Nix worked for GATX Logistics as Administrative Assistant prior to joining Newmark Phoenix Realty Group.
