Jeffrey Frandsen joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in 2016. He specializes in commercial leasing and sales, focusing on the office, retail, and industrial sectors.

Jeffrey has had significant success working with his clients on the disposition of their real estate assets and their office leasing assignments. He prides himself on his strategic approach to finding creative solutions for his clients in Jacksonville and surrounding markets. In his short time with Newmark, Jeffrey has closed nearly two million square feet in real estate transactions. In the past 12 months he has closed over $50M in real estate over 62 transactions representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in Northeast Florida

Community Involvement

A multi-sport athlete for the majority of his life, Mr. Frandsen is actively involved in the community coaching baseball with the Jacksonville Beach Athletic Association. He is also an active participant with several community-based athletic teams around Jacksonville.
