He specializes in real estate consulting and transaction services working exclusively in commercial real estate brokerage with a focus in bulk distribution, flex, manufacturing and investment industrial and office properties. Mr. Bartlett has brokered over 200 million square feet of sales and leases of buildings and land with an approximate value of over $1 Billion.
