Career Summary
After graduating from University of Florida, Bryan has worked exclusively in industrial real estate brokerage. His focus and expertise is in bulk distribution, flex and manufacturing properties. Bryan has brokered over ten million square feet of sales and leases of industrial buildings and land with an approximate value of over $500 million. He has effectively managed and leased an industrial portfolio of over two million square feet. Bryan has been recognized by his competitors, peers and clients as one of North Florida’s most knowledgeable and experienced industrial brokers.
